Do you consider yourself to be an optimist or a pessimist? Do you see the glass a being half empty or half full?

If you are the owner of a startup, growth, or fortune 500 company then you should know that there is no room for pessimism in the business industry. If you want to achieve maximum success, then positivity should flow from you at all times. You also need to be proactive and tenacious if your business is to grow.

Business growth is a process that needs to be transparent and requires the expertise of a marketing guru — someone that can help your company make tens of millions of dollars.

There are three important things you must look for when hiring a marketing expert. I call them the three Rs. They are:

  • Reputation

Would you give the task of making your company millions of dollars to a company that has a reputation for losing? Certainly not!

Reputation is everything.

You should look for someone that has experience in working with startups and making them millions in venture capital, eCommerce, angel investments, and ICOs. Previous experience with big names in the industry such as Prince, Pharrel, or The Fugees, can be an indicator of having a good reputation.

  • Repertoire of services

One trick ponies are not going to make your business successful. You need a range of services to ensure that you cover all the bases in the market to give you maximum exposure and returns on your investments.

Business growth requires knowledge of marketing research and analysis, media strategies and marketing optimization, and a business development strategy that focuses on monetization. There is no need in going with a company that only does one of these — you need the full package.

  • Recognition

Any company that has been doing well and growing businesses locally and internationally will receive awards and recognition from numerous sources. In addition to this recognition, a license to practice is a must-have for your marketer.

How do you think the big names like Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Universal Music, and others like them got to be so big? They worked with expert marketers!

Sony Music, Mary J. Blige, LL Cool J, John Legend, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Ice Cube, Snoop Dog, Jerry Wonda, and Estee Lauder didn’t become great just like that. It took time, skill, and the touch of a marketing genius. For your company to experience unprecedented growth and success, you need to do the same.

The growth that you see must reflect innovation, hard work, and vision that you have for your company — think positive, be proactive and prosperity will come your way!
